age 21 in good standing with the HOA and who are current on dues. The homeowner who reserves the facility must be present at all times during the scheduled event and accepts full responsibility for the conduct of all guests. The maximum occupancy of the clubhouse shall not exceed (50). Reservation of the clubhouse will not restrict access to the pool for other residents. The HOA may utilize the clubhouse for meetings, but must reserve the clubhouse in advance. - Clubhouse may be reserved between the hours of 10 am to 10 pm. - Damage/cleaning deposit of $100 is required and will be refundable after inspection by HOA board/pool committee member. - No smoking, tobacco products, or alcoholic beverages allowed. - No pets allowed on clubhouse property or pool area. - Clubhouse must be left clean, and furniture placed in original location. Damages or cleaning that exceeds the deposit will be charged to the homeowner. - All food, drink, and personal items must be removed after event. - All trash must be removed by the homeowner making the reservation. - Air conditioner/heater and lights must be returned to proper settings after event. - Lock doors and return key after use. I assume full responsibility for the actions of myself and each of my guests during the course of use, including all claims of damages or injuries to any property or person. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the HOA, or any person acting on its behalf, for all such claims. In the event that damage occurs, or the clubhouse is not left clean, I agree to forfeit the $100 deposit or pay actual cleanup/repair costs, whichever is greater. Your reservation will be confirmed within 72 hours of your request and a key will be provided prior to your event. |
